As Designer at Arrow, I worked with Affordable Central Texas, the nonprofit that manages the Austin Housing Conservancy (AHC), to promote a $50 million capital raise for their new ESG fund dedicated to protecting affordable housing for middle-income Austinites like teachers and healthcare workers.

The landing page outlines Austin’s housing affordability problem and offers the ESG as a solution, then shows AHC’s proof of concept, return models (including a link to download their research report), list of founding investors, and a call-to-action for investors to take the next step.

Research Report

The Moderate-Income Rental Housing (MIRH) report identifies MIRH as an asset class that delivers consistent, predictable returns, thanks to surging demand for affordable rental housing and growing interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-focused investments.
